Celebrating Innovation and Sustainability at the Science Museum Group
We recently hosted an inspiring evening at the Smith Centre, Science Museum Group, celebrating the Future of Food exhibition. Guests enjoyed a fully vegan menu, featuring canapés and a three-course dinner, thoughtfully designed to reflect the exhibition’s themes and highlight the importance of sustainable dining.
The Smith Centre’s open-plan courtyard provided a stunning setting, complemented by the adjoining Salon for daytime events. The space was further enriched by remarkable historical artifacts from the Science Museum’s collection, including a replica pressure suit from the final Moon mission and Terence Cuneo’s striking Electrical Engineering Workshop painting, adding character and intrigue to the evening.
The event perfectly combined innovation, sustainability, and history, offering guests a memorable experience that celebrated both scientific discovery and the future of food.
